OUR PROGRAM
The cheerleading program at Kedron Youth Association is unlike any other. The program is designed to ensure
that every girl receives a chance to live out her dream. By not having tryouts, we eliminate the hurt and
jealousy that often accompanies being cut from a team. This allows the girls to develop a sense of pride,
teamwork, and belonging. It is a well known psychological belief that a crucial part of a pre-teen or adolescents
girl's mental health is to feel that they belong. We offer that opportunity without the risk of being embarrassed
or estranged from their peers.
